Screw Press Machines

Our screw press machines are capable of processing a wide range of seeds and nuts, including castor seeds, coconut/copra, cottonseed, groundnuts (peanuts), sunflower seeds, jatropha seeds, mustard/rapeseed/canola, neem seeds, palm kernel, sesame seeds, shea nuts, soybean, flax seeds, karanja seeds, and more.

How Does Oil Expeller Machine Works

The oil expeller operates by forcefully conveying oilseeds and nuts through the barrel using a rotating worm shaft. As pressure increases, oil is squeezed out of the seeds and exits through perforations in the barrel. The process produces crude oil and oil cake. Oilseed cakes with high nutritional value may be used for human consumption, while non-edible meals are commonly utilized as feed for poultry, pigs, and cattle.

Oil Expeller Machine Spare Parts

We manufacture and export high-quality oil expeller spare parts, ensuring durability and long service life. All our spares are manufactured to proven quality standards and comply with international norms. Our range includes the body, kettle, main shaft, gears, worms, bearings, barrel, cutter, cone, and collar. The screw shaft is equipped with a gear assembly to facilitate cage rotation. Below are the key components used in the manufacture of an oil expeller machine.

Oil Expeller modes of operations

Oil expeller pressing is carried out in two operating modes: cold press and hot press. In the cold press mode, oilseeds are fed into the machine without preheating, whereas in the hot press mode, the seeds are preheated before pressing. These modes differ significantly in terms of oil yield and cake quality. Cold pressing produces high-quality, more valuable oil cake, while hot pressing increases oil yield by breaking down seed cells during preheating, resulting in comparatively lower-quality cake.
